Breakfast doesn't get any better than eating Bedmi Poori with aloo ki sabzi in Chandni Chowk. Bedmi Poori with aloo ki sabzi is loved by almost every Indian. The poori is made of a special dough which is made by mixing the combination of urad daal and coarse wheat flour. It is fried in a huge kadhai in pure ghee. These bedmi pooris are very crispy and crunchy in almost every bite. Pure ghee is used in the preparation of these pooris. Also,a green chutney made of pudina is served along with bedmi poori.
This place was established in 1958 and it remains crowded on almost everyday especially during the breakfast time. If you love spicy food ,don't forget to visit this place in the lanes of Chandni Chowk.Apart from Bedmi pooris,this place has a lot to offer!
