SUJI WALE GOL GAPPE

Luxurious buffet didn't solve the problem, a roadside golgappa did.Street side Gol Gappe is my all time favorite! It is one of the most popular and admired street food of India.  Out of Suji and Aate vaale golgappe, suji vale Golgappe is my favorite!
These mini puris are filled with spicy and sweet flavored water with additional fillings as well which surely taste like heaven. In North India, it is widely called as Golgappa where in Mumbai, Maharasthra, It is called as Pani Puri, and Phulki in South Bihar. The name of this street snack vary from region to region, but the ingredients remain to be almost same. The Gol gappa is made up of flour or the sooji/wheat cream. They are thick in layer, crispy and are large in size so that it could occupy the heavy filling and chutneys.

In today's generation, there are different golgappas available in almost every region. With different fillings, chutneys and what no

t you can cutomize your golgappa according to your need but the suji/aate vaale golgappe with same fillings and chutneys have our heart till eternity!
